Opening to our inner rhythms and those of the elements can help us align with ourselves and the season. In Traditional Chinese Medicine this is the time of the Metal Element, which relates to our capacity to value and let go of what has been, so that we can open to new inspiration. Just as the leaves fall from the trees revealing their essence, so too can we return to the wisdom of our essential nature.

Knowing ourselves as part of the land, the plants, the river and the fire we explore where our inner sacred essence meets the sacred in nature.

We will work indoors and out, in the nourishing Dartmoor landscape. Through awareness, movement and meditation we listen to and build an intimate relationship with our body and the body of the land. In this way we increase our capacity for embodiment, presence and expression in relation the natural world in which we live.

The Sacred Fire can help us connect to our hearts and inspire us on ours souls journey.

29th – 31st March 2019

Opening to our inner rhythms and those of the elements can help us align with ourselves, and the season. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this is the time of the Wood Element, which relates to vision, direction, birth and renewal. There is natural bursting forth of energy at this time, which we can attune to and harness, to help us in our lives.

Late Summer Nourishment,

28th - 30th September 2018

Opening to our inner rhythms and those of the elements can help us align with ourselves, and the season. In the Classical Five Element System, Late Summer is the time of the Earth Element, which relates to our capacity to receive nourishment and nurture ourselves. Through this we are able to digest our food, our life experiences and to feel a sense of belonging. This is a time to receive and open to the abundance of our lives and allow ourselves to be supported in who we are.
